Service Description
Congratulations for taking an important step in retiring your past. Anything that we have experienced in our past that was hurtful, fearful or unsafe is traumatic to the natural purity of our soul. Suppressing those emotions is an instinctual response to protect ourselves. Keeping them suppressed can develop unhealthy unconscious coping skills called avoidance. This leads to unhealthy choices influenced by those suppressed emotions. I myself had created a life with the negative fingerprints of my past and struggled to maintain healthy relationships and accomplishing my dreams, until I learned how to create a life without my baggage. In my backpack therapy system, there are five zoom calls. The first zoom is a free 15 minute zoom to introduce ourselves. The second session is a 45 minute zoom to get to know each other more and you will receive a downloadable short version of my upcoming book Forgiven. I give a little prep homework and mail you the symbolic red backpack that eventually gets filled as we write down the parts of your life that needs retiring. The third session is one hour and a half long where we fill the backpack and will experience the mental, verbal, and physical acts of retiring the backpack. More instructions are also revealed in that session. Session four is 45 minutes long and we identify and work on your triggers and cultivate an easy daily self care plan. Finally session five is 45 minutes long to go over your new awareness and progress. If you ever feel the need for more refinement and want to work through anything specifically or simply want to connect, I offer single 45 minute soul to soul calls that can be purchased in addition to or separately.
